We are delighted to invite you to join the 19th edition of this prestigious international conference, taking place from May 20th to 23th, 2025, in the historic and vibrant city of Seville, Spain. This event brings together researchers, academics, and professionals from around the world to discuss and advance the quality of information science and systems in an increasingly complex world.  Please carefully review the available options and fees before completing your registration. Early-bird registrations are accepted up until April 30th, 2025 (23:59).

• Every paper in the main conference (either full or forum) must have at least one paid full or main conference regular registration before April 15th, 2025. (*)
• Every paper in the doctoral consortium must have a paid full or main conference student registration before March 31th, 2025 (23:59).
• Every journal-first paper must have a paid full or main conference regular registration before April 15th, 2025.
• Every research project paper must have a paid full or main conference regular registration until April 30th, 2025.
• Every paper in a workshop must have at least one paid workshop regular registration until April 30th, 2025. (**)

(*) A full regular registration covers one paper in the main conference and one workshop paper. A main regular registration covers one paper in the main conference. Additional papers must be covered by a separate regular registration of any kind.

(**) A workshop’s regular registration covers one paper in one workshop. Additional papers must be covered by a separate workshop’s regular registration.

If you register as a student, you must send a scanned copy of a valid student document (Enrollment document, Valid student card, etc.) at most one week after the registration to: rcis2025@us.es

If you have to cancel the registration before or on April 19, 2025, providing that you are not the author registered for a paper (main conference or workshops), you will receive 70% of the registration fee back. Cancellations are not possible after that date. The registered person can however be replaced without penalties until a week before the conference. In this case, please contact the local organizer as soon as possible at rcis2025@us.es. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
