TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. PURPOSE


This document establishes the Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, “Terms and Conditions”) that govern access to and use of the article submission and registration platform for the  conference, organized by the organizing committee. By using this platform, the user expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation. If the user does not agree with them, they must refrain from using the platform.


2. USER REGISTRATION


To submit a paper and complete the registration process, users must register on the platform by providing accurate and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.


3. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT


Conference registration is subject to the conditions established by the organizers, including the acceptance of the submitted paper by the scientific committee and the payment of the applicable registration fees within the stated deadline.Payments must be made using the methods available on the platform. Registration will be confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed and verified.


4. SHIPPING POLICY


As the service offered is entirely digital and relates to the registration and submission of scientific papers, no physical shipmentwill take place. Confirmation of registration and payment receipts will be sent to the email address provided during the registration process.


5. REFUND POLICY


Once the payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued, except in exceptional and duly justified cases approved by the organizing committee. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the official conference email within 7 daysof the payment date. The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or deny such requests.


6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


In accordance with applicable e-commerce and digital services regulations, the right of withdrawal does not applyonce the service has started, i.e., once the registration is completed and the confirmation has been issued.


However, if a user makes a payment by mistake and has not yet received a registration confirmation, they may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar daysfrom the payment date by sending a written request to the official conference email address.
